Sending email campaigns

You can send an Email Campaign for all survey types, even if it wasn't initially created as an Email Campaign survey.

Go to the Survey Details > Email Campaign, and click the "New Email Campaign" button.

Note that if you haven't already created the email template for this survey, you will be prompted to do so now.

At this point, you'll need to customize a few settings before sending your email campaign. You will need to:

  • Choose an audience to send the email campaign to

  • Choose when to schedule the campaign

  • Enable or disable safe-sending, a feature that ensures your users aren't being sent too many emails every 24 hours.

  • And the sampling logic, i.e., whether or not to send to the whole list or just a subset of respondents

You can click "Start Campaign" and see the email campaign scheduled and ready to send once the expected delivery time occurs.
