How to change your theme on a running survey
You can change the theme on a running survey at any time by going to the Survey Details page and clicking the "Edit Survey" button in the upper right-hand corner. Then, from the Survey Settings page, click on the Design tab. You will then see the Design settings for the survey.
Click on the "Theme Type" dropdown and select "Use custom theme":
After that, you will see a preview of what your changes will look like. If everything looks okay, click "Save," and your changes will be immediately published in your live survey.
